Eva-Susanne Rohlfing, Artistic advisor/instrument

Eva-Susanne Rohlfing was born in Munich, Germany, and studied Cello at the prestigious music schools in Nuernberg, Wuerzburg and Duesseldorf. As a student, she developed a devotion for chamber music and earned several awards and prizes in national and international competitions. Her success lead her to study with the world renowned Melos Quartet in Stuttgart, Germany.

After gaining broad experience with various classical concert venues, Eva-Susanne continued to expand her artistic horizon through playing for the leading musical productions in Germany. She performed as the solo-cellist for “Les Miserables” at the Musical Theatre in Duisburg,

and built her music career further as a principal member of the orchestra at the Colosseum Theatre in Essen.

Further, she participated in world premieres of contemporary chamber music, played in numerous chamber music ensembles, and has been a regular and well respected guest to the symphony orchestras in North Rhine-Westphalia.

In 2001, Eva-Susanne founded with a fellow musician the music agency MU.T, which successfully referred musicians to TV stations and highly popular TV shows. For her business plan and company concept she received the first prize at the “entrepreneur of the future” competition in Cologne, followed later on by two additional business awards for her concept of “Musicianship and Teaching”.

As an artist manager for Stretta artists, Eva-Susanne combines her passion for music, her inquisitive mind and interest in people and their talents as well as her deep knowledge and expertise in the world of music.
