Richard Rittelmann, jr. Artists Manager

With a degree in voice and piano from the Conservatoire Supérieur de Musique of Geneva and a Bachelor’s Degree in Musicology and German literature, Richard Rittelmann began his career at the age of 22 in the Ensemble of the Opéra National de Lyon with Kent Nagano.

He has also been a prizewinner at various international competitions such as the Voix d Or, Toulouse, Marmande, Eurobottega and Voix Nouvelles in Paris.

His eclectic discography covers an impressive range of repertoire with labels such as Deutsche Grammophon / Universal Music / Virgin Classic…

He was the artistic director of Classical Music Cruise from 2014 until 2016 on the Mediterranean Sea ; he created the International Summer Academy in Grasse in 2017 with Masterclasses and Concerts and he got the title of musical ambassador of the City of Grasse ; he often took part in the Jury of international singing competitions such as James Toland Competition , Jacques Offenbach Competition and is the artistic advisor of many festivals .
